Filippo Botti

PHD Student

Filippo Botti earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Engineering from the University of Parma in 2021, followed by a Master's degree in Information Engineering from the same university in 2023.

During both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees, he conducted research on Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), with a specific focus on Image-to-image translation and the attention mechanisms within GANs.

His thesis titles are as follows:

  • Bachelor's degree: 'Attention Transfer for Cycle Consistent Generative Adversarial Networks'
  • Master's degree: 'Unsupervised Subject Segmentation for Accurate Image-to-Image Translation'
He currently is a PhD student at IMPLab, focusing his research on Image-to-Image translation and Video Generation
